In this article you will learn how to accept the free WP SiteKit Prebuilt Website onto a WP Engine hosting account. A WP Engine account is required to receive the WP SiteKit Prebuilt Website.

Fill Out the WP SiteKit Prebuilt Website Order Form
Start by filling out to the WP SiteKit Prebuilt Website Order Form. Within 24 hours you should expect your site to be set up for you and delivered by email.
Receive an Email from WP Engine to Accept Your Site
Look for an email from WP Engine about the site that has been sent to you. This can take up to 24 hours.
Sign Up for a WP Engine Account
Open the email from WP Engine with the subject “AB Digital has sent you a WP Engine site”. Note: AB Digital is the WP SiteKit parent company.
Read the email to learn information about the WordPress site install sent to you.
If you don’t have a WP Engine account then click the button “Sign up for an account”. If you already have an account then click the button Enter your code.
Once you click the Sign up for an account button you should be on the hosting plans page at WP Engine.

Once you’ve filled out all the information click the “Host My Site” button.
Enter Your Site Transfer Code
Once you’ve completed ordering a WP engine package then go to the “AB Digital sent you a WP Engine site” email. Scroll down the email and click the button Enter your code.
Once you’re on the Accept a transfer page, you should see the transfer code already filled in. Click the Next button.
On the next screen, you will be asked to select users who will retain access to the install. Leave all names unchecked.
Tip: At this point, your site is on WP Engine so you can use their excellent chat support to get help setting up your site. Live chat support is available 24 hours a day. The Live Chat button is found in the top right corner of the your WP Engine Portal.
Unblock Website Traffic
You should now be on the WP Engine Portal page.
Your website is now on WP Engine but traffic is blocked so people are currently not able to see your website.
To unblock your traffic look in the top right corner of the screen for “Blocked traffic – Production & Staging” and click the Edit link to the right of that.
View Your Site on the Preview URL
Now your site should be on the WP Engine platform and viewable.
Go to your Preview URL, YOURSITENAME.wpengine.com, to view your site. Your preview URL can be found here:
Your Site is Ready to Customize or Take Live
Your website is now properly setup on WP Engine. From here you can customize your site to fit your needs or take it live.
